Moussakas, is the synonym of delicious grandmother's Greek Cuisine. We sauté potatoes and aubergines with Greek olive oil and lay them by hand, cover them with delicately spiced minced meat and on top, we add the irresistible creamy béchamel with grated kefalotiri cheese.
