The Pasta Laboratory \u00a0<\/span>Anagnous was founded in Distomo of Viotia in 1980.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of the craft was and is the production of pasta with use <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

fresh ingredients (semolina, eggs, milk, vegetables)<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

without<\/span><\/b> the use of preservatives, <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

without<\/span><\/b> chemical coloring <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

without<\/span><\/b>\u00a0 <\/span>dehydrated raw materials (egg or milk powder)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Our products are pasta with fresh goat's milk and 5 eggs per kilo \u00a0<\/span> (noodles, noodles, screws, shells, barley), noodles with tomatoes, onion, noodles with wheat flour, trachian tart, barley and couscous with spinach, tomato, onion.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our raw materials are purchased from second- and third-generation producers who also have family businesses, and are now connecting us beyond friendly relationships, the same philosophy and goals.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In our laboratory the pasta is always fresh because it is produced according to the order of our customers and so <\/span>you can get them and taste them with a production date of less than a week.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
