Microbrewery Septem reveals the unique Indian Pale Pale "Eighth Mermaid", the amazing aromas and special flavor of the American hop varieties Mocaic, Citra and Simcoe. Fresh, unpasteurized, unfiltered beer is characterized by impressive aromas of mandarin, peach, citrus, mango and lyche. The 7.0% alcohol grades and 65 degrees of bitterness are superbly covered by the rich aromatic mouth and the long-lasting aftertaste, dominated by citrus, pine and mango flavors.
