Description
The organic thyme honey "MELLIN", is produced in an area overlooking the Delphic landscape and the sea, at the Thalampos of Galaxidi of the Municipality of Delphi. It contains over 50 herbs and trees such as almonds, oak trees and others. The implementation of the food safety system HACCP as well as continual product checks, result in the highest quality honey. Awarded with 2 gold stars in the International Tasting Competition Great Keys Awards 2017 in London and with 1 golden star 2016.
