Pine-heather honey
In autumn following our bees, on their journey to search for food, we visit the pine forests of Greece. Our pine-heather honey is a combination of pine honey and nectar from the northern Euboea region.
The autumn heather, known as Erica manipuliflora, is a bush that blooms from autumn until winter and gives a dark, intensely aromatized honey, mildly sweet and high in trace elements. Crystallizes within 2 to 3 months of harvesting, its color becomes brighter with crystallization.
