Tasting : Nose of black fresh fruit dipped in alcohol, (black cherry, blackcurrant and plum), black chocolate, cassis, and in the background elements of vegetation and mint combined with light sweetness from the spicy aromas that testify to the variegated nature of the variety Syrah.

In the mouth the wine is dry with impressive acidity, the tannins signify their presence distinctly, while the volume in the mouth is rich and full of taste. The aromas of freshly cut fruits such as black plum, blueberry and spices dominate.
