Ermela round

Round about the biodiversity of the Chania region in Boeotia. It is harvested daily and goes into freezing immediately so that it does not lose any of its nutrients.

Pollen is the feed of bees that gives them proteins, vitamins, fats and minerals. It contains over ninety nutrients. There is no other natural product that offers all this nutritional value together. Thus, it can also be an excellent food for humans. For example, pollen contains 50% more protein than beef, it is richer in vitamin A than cabbage (considered to be an excellent source of vitamin A), it has a higher content in iron from beef.
