Vegie - Gemelli with tomato, carrot and spinach

Gemelli with vegetables obtain their colour from vegetables - and vegetables ONLY: spinach, tomatoes and carrots give their colours to this uncommonly shaped pasta.
Due to its fine taste Gemelli with vegetables are a perfect base for pasta salads - a light and refreshing dish for hot summer days. Of course you can enjoy them in combination of one of Dolopia's tomato sauces or use them in all the traditional ways.
